The IMEX Hosted Buyer Programme has been specifically designed to encourage high-calibre buyers to visit the largest meetings and incentive travel exhibition in the world.

Why Join Moulden's Hosted Buyer Group? 

Join our group to enjoy additional hospitality hosted by Moulden Marketing and our partner co-hosts of the MICE industry, along with the back up and support of Moulden leading up to the event.

When?

Our hosted buyer group is for 23rd - 24th May, 2-days* on the show (one-night accommodation)

IMEX is a 3-day tradeshow, running from Tuesday 23rd – Thursday 25th May.

Complimentary Travel

Complimentary Return Flights (qualified and accepted hosted buyers are required to book their own flights and train and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway) allowing greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras.

Buyers must arrive by 10am on 23rd May and depart after 18:00 on 24th May in Moulden's Hosted Buyer Group.

*Should you wish to stay on for the third day you may be able to extend with IMEX's permission.

Complimentary Accommodation

A 4* or 5* Hotel in Frankfurt with complimentary airport transfers and transfers to and from the show each day.
