Our Story

Moulden Marketing provides representation, marketing, consultancy, and events for suppliers to the business events (MICE) industry, as well as specialised and upscale leisure services. Clients include convention bureaux, tourist boards, hotels, and a DMC portfolio spanning over 40 countries.

Moulden Marketing Ltd has developed a deep understanding of the business event industry’s requirements and selects the destinations, DMCs, and venues it represents because they offer innovative programme ideas and value-added benefits to international event planners. 

To assist destinations and venues with bidding for larger conferences and congresses, we are members of the International Congress and Convention Association - ICCA

Founder

Founded in 1996 under the vision and stewardship of Gill Moulden, Moulden Marketing has grown into the events, marketing, and representation consultancy it is today. 

Prior to founding Moulden Marketing, Gill spent two decades in hotels, initially in-house sales and marketing, then was promoted to Regional sales and marketing for a global hotel chain and here discovered her passion for Destinations expertise. Living by the motto – Destination First, it is Gill’s strong belief that destination is the key in the planning cycle.
