Gillian Moulden

MD & Founder

Gillian spent the formative years in International Hotel Sales and Marketing before setting up Moulden Marketing. Her focus was to utilise her skills marketing global suppliers whose focus was on the MICE market rather than the broader travel market. She is fully engaged and has built a large and comprehensive event buyer following.

With more extensive experience of the meetings and events industry Gill still learns more from the market place daily, and cements long held, and new relationships, alike. She enjoys the sales driven aspect of the role and still derives great satisfaction in heading up a skilled and dedicated team of specialists who understand destinations and events.

James Moulden

Director of Sales & Marketing

James is a qualified project manager and has a CIM Certificate in Marketing. He understands quickly how to evaluate a client’s requirements. James has first hand knowledge of the many destinations and venues we represent.

James leads many of Moulden's events and projects, and is both skilled in event planning, as well as where to hold that next event.

Anne Ridyard

Director Associations

Anne has a background in Associations and media. She has launched events, and published on & offline media. Anne researches the international association market, and identifies business opportunities by bringing together the international association executives and conference organisers with destinations.

Having worked extensively across Asia, she is confident in understanding logistic and suggesting key locations for events.

Not averse to a spot of incentivised travel, Anne is knowledgeable on destinations for any type of event. If you are interested in learning more about doing business events, Anne will be happy to assist with your brief.

Katie Lambden

Sales Marketing Executive

Katie is a key team member in assisting to deliver both our virtual and in person events, and additionally supports the Sales & Marketing efforts of the team at Moulden. Katie joined Moulden Marketing in 2018 as an Event Assistant apprentice and has remained at Moulden since graduating.

Paul Bradford

Sales Account Manager

Over 20 years events' industry experience. Paul has worked both agency and supplier side, with a background in account management, business development and operations for incentives to conferences, meetings, and product launches, worldwide. Paul joins Moulden as your conduit to our supplier portfolio.
