When?

Our hosted buyer group is for 14th & 15th May, 2-days* on the show (one-night accommodation)

IMEX is a 3-day tradeshow, running from Tuesday 14th – Thursday 16th May 2024.

Complimentary Travel

Complimentary Return Flights (qualified and accepted hosted buyers are required to book their own flights and train and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway) allowing greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras.

Buyers must arrive by 10am on 14th May and depart after 18:00 on 15th May in Moulden's Hosted Buyer Group.

*Should you wish to stay on for the third day you may be able to extend with IMEX's permission.

Complimentary Accommodation

A 4* or 5* Hotel in Frankfurt with complimentary airport transfers and transfers to and from the show each day.
