When?

Our hosted buyer group is for 20-22nd May, 2-days* on the show (one-night accommodation)
IMEX is a 3-day tradeshow, running from Tuesday 20th - Thursday 22nd May.

For IMEX 2025, there are two options:
-Only attend the show
-Attend the show AND the Pre Fam to North Rhine-Westphalia of Germany

Complimentary Travel

Complimentary Return Flights (qualified and accepted hosted buyers are required to book their own flights and train and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway) allowing greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras.

Complimentary Accommodation

A 4* or 5* Hotel in Frankfurt with complimentary airport transfers and transfers to and from the show each day.

Additional Hosted Buyer Programme

We will additionally host an informal dinner one evening with our partners for you to enjoy some relaxed networking and traditional German fare
