Amazing DMC hosted a large-scale incentive programme for over 400 guests in Iceland, delivered across two five-night waves.
The objective was clear: create a high-impact experience that combined adventure, relaxation, and celebration—without losing the sense of quality or personalisation that incentive travel demands.
Scaling an incentive programme of this size introduces real pressure:

A multi-wave format allowed the programme to run twice, splitting the group into manageable sizes while preserving the full experience.
Guests were also given pre-arrival choice through a digital platform, allowing them to select preferred activities in advance. This ensured smoother operations while making the experience feel more personal.
