Flexible, dedicated conference spaces

Hannover Exhibition & Conference Center offers a range of options to give smaller conferences a more intimate feel, with your own entrance and outdoor spaces.

With space for audiences up to 4,000 and a total of 32 conference rooms, the Convention Center serves as an elegant and central location for events of every description, seating 12 to 1,140 in one dedicated space.

The immediate welcome to all delegates is via the light-flooded foyer (pictured top) which connects all ground  floor conference rooms. Making it perfect for multiple uses, such as a reception and registration area, exhibition and catering area or party zone.  

Room 1 (pictured top left) offers flexibility without fixed seating, and, as with all ground floor rooms, has natural daylight. Plus all rooms are equipped with a room darkening system that - after only a matter of seconds - allows for projection and film viewing.

Taking up to 1,140 pax theatre style this room will divide in two, fully soundproofed theatres for 580 pax each (or 281 pax classroom).

Regardless of the type of event Room 1 offers the flexibility for exhibitions, receptions, fashion shows, product launches and more.

Room 2 (Pictured centre left)is perfect for high-impact events. Equipped with a stage, and backstage area it seats 838 pax, in fixed rows for 718 and can be up-scaled to accommodate an additional 120.

Breakout rooms can easily be accommodated in the other 30 multi-function rooms, from an organisers office to a seated lunch for your VIPs. 11 rooms have interpretation booths, larger rooms split into two fully soundproofed venues.

Alternatively, if you need something a little swankier, the EXPO Roof - Pavilions (pictured left), designed originally for the Expo World Fair 2000, offer even more unusual spaces - for outdoor events (with weather backup), or car launches, evening receptions etc. 

The four individual pavilions each have their own small galleries with service areas at the rear, so can be booked and used separately, or all together.
