Guided Chocolate Tasting

Welcomed with a chocolate aperitif, you will be guided through the story of chocolate, starting with its arrival in Europe in the 16th century, its intoduction into this region, and why Radovljica is the chocolate capital. You will learn the differences between cocoa and chocolate, good and better chocolate, and ingredients that do not belong in chocolate. There will be an introduction to cocoa, cocoa beans, and the chocolate-making process. The chocolate master will demonstrate the process of tempering chocolate and making chocolate pralines, with on-going tastings of all ingredients and types of chocolate. You will have the chance to taste chocolate pralines. This experience truly is the proper way to enjoy chocolate. 

Chocolate Florentine Workshop

Its participants will create about 100g of Florentines from milk, dark, and white chocolate, and they will be able to take home as a souvenir after the workshop. Florentines are handmade with various additions: Piedmont hazelnuts, expanded buckwheat, candid lemon, strawberries, blueberries, caramelised organic cocoa beans, almonds, pistachios, and more.
