Every year they plan and manage their own events, which range from exhibitions to outdoor public events, and conferences, which means they have a lot of capacity to assist small to mid-size companies.

When it comes to managing an event with many technical requirements, from moving chandeliers, to 'does the venue have enough space for back projection', or carting your AV company and kit to mainland Europe, amongst the many considerations. Working at Hannover Exhibition & Conference Center means you can avoid the headaches and save on costs as all the services are on site.

With built in translation booths across their conference center, plenty of technical support is on hand at Hannover Exhibition & Conference centre. They also offer full equipment hire, recording, and will soon have a world first as a 5G venue

You may have heard they have their own plant nursery - meaning decoration is never an issue for event planners and their sponsors.

Set build, small foyer exhibitions, staging, accessible ramps and even oversized welcome banners can be commissioned in their workshop

Catering, glassware etc. are offered on site via a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe, Messe Gastronomie Hannover, who have been catering on site, in their kitchens, for over 60 years, offering locally produced and sustainable cuisine for seminars, congresses and large events from political conventions, to pop concerts.

This frees up your time as an event planner, to get on with the content and marketing the event.
