Opening in early 2027

Simaisma Coastal Resort Zones

Scheduled openings from 2027 to 2030. The project is a mega tourism destination by Qatari Diar, spanning 8 million square meters and 7km of beachfront property. It will provide 16 tourism zones available for development. It will feature a Land of Legends theme park, a Trump International Golf Club with signature 18-hole golf course and branded residences, residential villas, a yacht marina, as well as luxury restaurants and retail.
