As the Convention Bureau and Tourism Board illustrated at the retreat, there are excellent, Czech wines from their two wine regions: Bohemia and Moravia, yet widely available from outside the country. This makes wine tasting experiences incorporated in to any event, so desirable. Either at a cool city wine bar such as Bokovka (meaning 'sideways') whose carefully curated wine list highlights small, independent producers from across Europe, including gems from Bohemia and Moravia. Alternatively, there are superb trips that can be undertaken within a day to vineyards that could be anything from a guided tour and tasting, to a hands-on experience and overnight in the region, all washed down with wine, naturally!
