Their deposits are guaranteed. In cases where large amounts are involved and where Cititravel is involved with the hotel reservation, a Bank bond is available to guarantee any deposits paid by you to Cititravel.

Local Knowledge assurances:

Cititravel can guarantee local knowledge and expertise in all areas they offer MICE travel. They have their own offices in Malaga, Seville, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Tenerife, Mallorca and Lisbon. Many DMCs operate from just one office in their home city, where they attempt to cover then whole of Spain by means of virtual offices. This is not the case for Cititravel.

Data Protection and GDPR:

Cititravel maintains strict adherence to data protection laws and the measures required by law in the European GDPR.  Some examples of their adherence to these laws include obliging all staff members to sign a confidentiality agreement and vetting all suppliers to make sure they have the technical and organisational measures in place to comply with GDPR requirements.

Organisation:

Within Cititravel’s quality management system it is forbidden to work with any third-party suppliers who cannot demonstrate that they are fully licensed and insured to provide the services they are contracted to supply. This system ensures ongoing quality checks and the eliminates the suppliers from their database if they are unable to demonstrate that they are ‘fit for purpose’.
