The Meetings Show Asia 2026

The Northstar Travel Group and Moulden Marketing jointly invite you to attend The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2026, taking place from 14-15 April 2026 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.  

Following the tremendous success of the second edition in 2025, which brought together nearly 1,800 meetings and events professionals from over 72 countries, TMS APAC 2026 will once again unite global suppliers, buyers, and industry leaders for two impactful days of networking, learning, and business connections.

Key Dates:

Feb 27th -  Hosted buyer registration deadline

Mar 6th - Hosted buyer registration closes

Mar 13th - Cancellation deadline (any cancellations after this date may incur a fine of up to 500 USD)

Apr 14th to 15th - Show dates
